Wind farm opponents in Ontario make their case in court 17.11.14. – 20.11.14.

The Charter challenge was launched in London Ontario yesterday with families and community groups lining up to ask the court for a stay of construction of three wind power generating projects.

Lawyers said that the Ontario government is not protecting human health, and that while there is an appeal process in place, it requires that appellants meet an impossible test.
